BioWell, lessee, I drove truck for a coupla years with my husband, but when I bought my 2 yr old percheron (i.e. a very big horse) I had to kinda had to start staying home; we also have 4 dogs, 3 cats, a goat, 2 rabbits, 2 snakes, and 7 rats.
( goat ,Charley; rabbits, ButterCup & Levi; horses, BlackJack, and Bo*Berry; dogs, Belle, Suzy, and Badger, and Astro; cats, Rocket, Sparkie, and Chevy; snakes, Radar, and Marge; rats Pepper, Penny, Cleo, Butch, Dipstick, Smudge)
all four dogs were rescues, or strays, Belle being a pound puppy, Suzy being a stray, Badger we rescued, and Astro my vet did, and we just adopted. Suzy and Belle are strays, Badger is a lab, and Astro is a pit bull puppy.
BlackJack is also a resuce, in a sense, but not by me. He is a pmu foal.
the cats are rescues and strays, also. Rocket was the stray, and Sparky, and Chevy were the rescues.
Charely was a meat goat the breeder thought would make a good pet.
Buttercup had been in the store over a year, b/c noone wanted an adult bun.
Levi was a whim, LOL.
The rest were on purpose!
About me:
~I am Southern Baptist, I'm registered republican, but doubt I will ever vote a straight ticket.
~I am against abortion, it's murder, no ifs, ands, or buts.
~alos against gay marriage, from a Biblical standpoint, but I do not condemn anyone. It's not my place to pass judgment.
~guns don't kill people: people kill people.
~I'm from the South (American by birth, Southern by the Grace of God), and proud of my confederate heritage (Rebel born, Rebel bred, and when I die I'll be a Rebel dead), and yes, I talk like a southerner, I eat grits, and -REAL- Barbeque, and chilli and cheese on my hot dogs. I eat at BoJangles, drink Cokes, not 'sodas' and yes, pintos and corn bread does constitute a full meal.
~I love to drive, mostly my 1984 turbo 300 ZX -no, it is not a Nissan, it is a Datsun -I prefer my vehicles to be stick shift...more fun. To date, no tickets -I havent' been caught, is the only reason, lol.
~I love the mountains, couldn't care less if the beach fell off into the ocean, for the most part -so long as it didn't take Big Daddy's with it.
~I like Freighhtliners, Jeeps, classic Stingrays, (obviously)horses, -any animal, except spiders -yech- most all you will hear me talk about are my husband, animals, and family. Not necessarily in that order, lol.
